Emilie Autumn, the word artist can’t even describe half of the amazing things she is. She is well known in the Gothic community but unknown to most outside of it. Her trademarks are her electric violin, bright pink and/or red hair, Gothic Victorian style and writing songs about her bipolar disorder.
Her music genre is labelled as Industrial, in the past she has toured with Courtney Love providing violin and vocals. Unfortunately, this hasn’t gained her a lot of credibility or attention in the public eye. However, with her acting in Darren Lynn Bousman’s upcoming film, The Devil’s Carnival, I (as many others I bet) would love and expect that to change.
